Bill, with his own two hands built the first Sollenberger home.  His family-oriented homes provided a quality home that was affordable. As Indianapolis moved out so did Sollenberger…from the east side of Indianapolis to the north side of the city.  With great attention to detail and the changing needs of families, two story homes were added to their portfolio.  The Sollenberger name meant a “good value for the dollar” spent on a home. Son Dave joined the firm in 1979.  He manages the construction portion of the business, bringing dedication to his customers, while paying meticulous attention to the building process.  His expertise in coordinating subcontractors and vendors through a well-defined building process always gets the job done within the agreed upon time and financial targets. Son Dale joined the firm in 1989 bringing 13 years of national architectural design experience with him.  His experience adds new perspective and distinctive design elements/concepts to the building process. Since every Sollenberger home is unique, the design phase takes important meaning as the time spent up front to include your personal desires and needs produces a home with unique character yet one that is structurally sound..
